Prospective Members Codington County Post 17 has the mission of taking care of Veterans and their families. We believe that all Veterans deserve the best care possible and we advocate that the Federal Government not abandon these Veterans. At the local level, Post 17 works on many projects that involve Veterans and their families. Projects such as Boy Scouts, Boys State, Special Olympics, flag education, Oratorical Contest, and American Legion Baseball are just a few. We can always use more help when working on these projects and as a Veteran, you could play a big part in helping other Veterans and their families. How about joining this great organization?
